In most cases a short overview of the services or description of the contact is given with their address, telephone, fax number, email address and the web site. Those contact details where their email address is not given then this is generally incorporated into their of their web site. The contacts listed broadly in alphabetical order within their major groups. The access to majority of the web sites and the services offered by these contacts are free but some may charge or require logging in. In many of these listed contacts, the web sites include useful links to other web sites.
This document may be available in electronic format and in this case the email and web site addresses contain hyperlinks, which would allow the user rapid access to the source of information.
