How to Register

If more than one delegate is to attend, please complete a separate registration for each delegate.

Delegate Fee

The standard Delegate Fee for non-SHAPA members is £285 (£327.75 incl VAT) though if you register prior to 30 June 2009, an Early Bird Fee of £245 (£281.75 incl VAT) will apply. SHAPA member fee £245 (£281.75 incl VAT). These fees must be paid in Sterling and they do not include travel, hotel accommodation or any other item or service not specified in the agenda. Fees must be paid at registration. They include entry to the event, tea/coffee, lunch and event documentation.

Payment

For those registering on line or by post please send a cheque for the appropriate VAT inclusive amount and made payable to "SHAPA Limited" - address above. Registration by post should include both the registration form and a cheque. Cheques should be endorsed on the reverse with the company/delegate name.

Terms & Conditions - Substitute delegates can be notified in writing (email/post) to SHAPA up to 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations are acceptable but with varying penalties, and again must be in writing and within the following time frames - Up to 1 September 2009, refund less 20 percent administrative fee; after 1 September 2009 loss of full registration fee. SHAPA reserves the right to alter the agenda without notice.
