PIAB produces and markets two ranges of pneumatic vacuum conveyors for transporting powders and granulate principally in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
All our vacuum conveyors incorporate the PIAB multistage vacuum ejector, which enables us to give a 5 year guarantee as well as ensuring economical and quiet operation for our users. The traditional VC range consists of over 70 basic models so that correct sizing is not an issue.
The new C series of vacuum conveyors spans over 50 models ranging from the C2101-100 which is 210mm in diameter and fitted with a 70m/h vacuum pump to the large C5606-1600 with its 1150m/h vacuum pump. This conveyor is capable of transporting over 10 tonnes of granulate or powder per hour. The conveyors are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and are designed to GMP.
