Amongst the products available from the plant is a range of polyurethane hoses (Master-PUR) for the transportation of granular and other abrasive materials. Apart from being extremely abrasion resistant, other features include lightweight, high flexibility and a smooth bore giving good flow characteristics.
To complement this range of hoses, Masterflex have introduced the Combiflex Connecting System terminating in various end connections to suit customers individual requirements. The system is available in fixed and screwable versions with two types of cuffs, fixed and swivel flanges, threaded socket to suit many different standard couplings and pipe fittings and a quick release male and female connection.
Masterflex also manufacture neoprene and silicon hose for hot air applications including granular dryers.
